- A meal at Tapas Adela begins with a selection of Cortejas, or savory snacks, meant to stimulate the palate and prepare our guests for their experience with the flavors of Spain.
- Next, our guests enjoy a variety of small plates in three main categories; Verduras (Vegetables), Mariscos (Seafood), and Carnes (Meats), all presented to the table in the Spirit of Sharing. Tapas Adela also offers several soups and salads as well as a variety of delicious dessert options to complete the meal.

Chef's Bio
Executive Chef Audiel Vera Executive Chef Audiel Vera received his Culinary Degree from the Baltimore International College in 2004. He has honed his skills over the past decade working with the nationally renowned Cindy Wolf and other local chefs including Jesse Sandlin. Audiel has achieved numerous accolades during his tenure with the Kali’s Restaurant Group and attained the Executive Chef position after a year as sous chef at Meli American Bistro and Tapas Adela restaurant in 2009.
